As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for;
• Evaluation and Treatment of patients as per Physicians orders
• Development of Care and Treatment Plans
• Providing Supervision to COTA and Rehab Aide personnel
• Review and re-evaluate patient progress
• Communicating changes in patient status and make appropriate changes in the patient care and treatment plans. |

Candidate Requirements |
| Summary of Qualifications | Requirements – Occupational Therapist
.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy education program and one full year of (current (licensed) experience
• Licensure or Registered in the state that he/she practices.
• Current BLS-C (CPR for Healthcare Providers)
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals as they apply to the OTR scope of practice in English
• Keyboarding and basic computer skills. Computer charting/documentation program knowledge a plus.
• Able to communicate as an OT with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists. |
