As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for ;
• Evaluation and Treatment of patients according to Physician orders.
• Developing Care and Treatment Plans
• Providing supervision to PTA’s and Aides within the department.
• Reviewing and re-evaluation patient progress.
• Communicating changes in patient status and make appropriate changes in the patient’s care plan. |

Candidate Requirements |
| Summary of Qualifications | • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a school that has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
* One full year of (licensed) experience in the past two years
• Licensure or Registered in the state that he/she practices.
• Current BLS-C (CPR for Healthcare Providers)
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English
• Keyboarding and basic computer skills. Computer charting/documentation program knowledge a plus.
• Able to communicate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists. |
