Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities As a leader in early childhood education in the SE, Childcare Network is currently seeking qualified Pre-Kindergarten (Georgia Lottery funded) parapro teachers for our schools located throughout Georgia. As a Pre-K teacher
parapro you assist in the planning and teaching curriculum and provide quality care for our children 4 and 5 years of age. You will have a chance to be creative, be part of a supportive team, and make a difference in the lives of children. Our primary objective at each school is to provide a fun atmosphere that supports the education and safety of the children in our care. You will: Help implement the curriculum that is consistent pre-k requirements. Plan and execute indoor/outdoor experiences appropriate to the developmental levels of the children. Interact both physically and verbally throughout the day. Assist children with their personal hygiene. Serve meals, eat with the children (except infants) and assist the children with clean-up. Work toward the children’s development of good manners and nutritional habits thru the use of USDA regulations. Establish and maintain a classroom environment that utilizes space, materials, routines, and guidance techniques to effectively facilitate physical, social/emotional, and intellectual development. Enrich the classroom with appropriate teacher-made materials and exhibits of child artwork. Maintain a clean, sanitary, attractive and well-organized classroom. Maintain upkeep of all educational equipment, supplies and materials. Plan and carry out conferences with parents. Maintain effective interpersonal interactions with children, parents, staff, and administration. Increase knowledge, training, and skills in the field, by attending and actively participating in in-service/staff development training programs.
Candidate Requirements
Summary of Qualifications Meet and maintain all state licensing requirements/qualifications and comply with all CNI Policies and Procedures at all times.

Minimum REQUIREMENT: CDA in Early Childhood Education
(MUST HAVE CDA, NO EXCEPTIONS)
