At the end of that conversation, if both parties feel the combination of HireNet’s technical expertise and your business vision would result in a marketable product, we can move to the next step, which would be to create a Joint Venture Agreement.

A Joint Venture Agreement spells out the duties and responsibilities of both parties, describes the formula that will be used to share revenues generated from sales of the product or service, and includes terms and conditions necessary to protect the rights of both parties.

In the typical Joint Venture, HireNet absorbs the costs necessary to create the product (i.e., programming and design costs), while the other party absorbs the cost required to market the product. If you have limited start-up capital, a Joint Venture is the way to go!
