Referral Program

One of the best, and most economical, sources of qualified candidates is current employees, stockholders, and others with a vested interest in the success of your company (called Stakeholders). By providing reasonably priced incentives to your Stakeholders, usually in the form of cash, gift certificates, or merchandise, you can open up a valuable new source of candidates. Employee Opinion Surveys

Periodic anonymous surveying of your employees is an excellent way to identify potential problems and take corrective action BEFORE key resources leave the company. We recommend surveying every other year. This provides time to conduct a survey, identify problem areas, and take corrective action. Then, the next survey will provide data on the effectiveness or previous actions, and provide information on new issues.
