folders on your desktop? Stored in small “databases”
like Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, etc? It’s essential
that you get all your resumes in one, fully-searchable database,

resumes from desktop files, relational databases, and other
sources into a Private Candidate Database. Then, as you receive
new resumes from prospective employees via email, you import
the new resumes into your Private Resume Database as well.

the resumes in your Private Candidate Database by any combination
of keywords, physical location (Country, State, City or Zip
