Use Candidate Screening to shorten the recruiting cycle

HireNet provides a variety of tools to help you and your Hiring Managers make better selection decisions, in less time. These tools are usually administered at the time a candidate makes application, but can be administered at any time during the recruiting cycle.

Basic Candidate Screen. Our preliminary candidate screening tool is used to collect basic information about an applicant. The screen can be as long or as short as you want. Using our design tool, you create yes/no, true/false, multiple choice, or fill in the blank questions. Questions that have a "right" and a "wrong" answer can be designated as "scored" questions: The applicant receives a numerical score ranging from 0 to 100, based on the number of scored questions answered correctly. When scored questions are used, applicants can be ranked from highest to lowest, based on their scores. The Candidate Screen can also include "knockout" questions: Questions that are so important that a "wrong" answer excludes the applicant from further consideration.
