Use Employee Opinion Surveys to Improve Performance
HireNet's Employee Opinion Survey software (EOS) identifies items in the work environment that are negatively affecting employee attitudes and performance. Our EOS software provides all the tools necessary to:
- Select the categories to be surveyed,
- Develop specific survey items in each category,
- Import or create a list of individuals to be surveyed,
- Administer the survey online or by regular U.S. Mail,
- Store, retrieve, sort and analyze survey responses,
- Develop reports by Division or Department, Business Unit, Company-wide, or any other significant grouping.
To be effective, Employee Opinion Surveys must insure survey respondents' confidentiality, be easy to understand and complete, and provide useful data. HireNet's Employee Opinion Survey process insures complete respondent confidentiality. Responses are stored and tabulated online, and results are reported in summary only: never on an individual basis. Survey items are designed to make it easy for respondents to complete the survey. The following options are available for survey completion:
- Complete the survey online. Each employee receives a link and a login code that provides access to a password protected online copy of the survey.
- Complete the survey using a telephone response system.
- Complete a printed version of the survey.
You can reduce administrative costs by limiting the number of options, such as by eliminating the printing and mailing of surveys.
Employee Opinion Surveys provide valuable information about employees' positive and negative perceptions of Company Policies, Wage and Benefits Practices, Management and Supervision, Working Conditions, and many other dimensions. HireNet recommends surveying every 2-3 years.
