Use a Skills Checklist to collect information about applicants

For jobs with a heavy skill-based component, a Skills Checklist provides another vehicle for collecting valuable applicant data. Using HireNet's special design tool, you can prepare custom lists of skills and invite applicants to self-assess on two dimensions: Proficiency (how proficient, or capable, are you in using this skill?) and Frequency (how often have you used this skill?). You have complete flexibility regarding the dimensions you want to use and the rating scales you want to use. Once completed, the applicant's self assessment can be automatically compared to a skills template created by someone familiar with the job's skill requirements.
