Mobile and Email Job Alerts
HireNet's Mobile and Email Job Alerts make it super-simple to keep prospective hires informed of jobs matching their career interests, geographic preferences and salary requirement. As you create new job postings, Mobile and Email Job Alerts are automatically sent to anyone in your Talent Pool that has opted-in to receive updates on specific job opportunities. Prospective hires don't have to have a resume on file with your Company in order to receive Job Alerts.
RSS Job Feeds
Anyone with an RSS Reader, such as Google Reader, FeedDemon, or RSS Reader can subscribe to receive information on all jobs, or just jobs of a particular type, by RSS Feed. As you add, update, or delete jobs, your RSS Feeds are automatically updated.
Lead Management
Create lists of candidates based on characteristics like prior work experience, skill sets, geographic location or preference, or other criteria. Then use the HireNet Broadcast Tool to stay in touch with everyone on a Leads List regarding new job opportunities, changes in the Company, or any information that keeps them engaged and interested.
Broadcast Feature
The HireNet Broadcast Tool makes it easy to communicate with one, or 1,000 prospective hires at a time. Search your resume database for individuals with a particular skill set, then send an email with a link to a new job posting. Attach marketing materials like Company updates or recent news articles. While primarily used to communicate with prospective hires, the Broadcast Feature can also be used to communicate with Hiring Managers or any audience for which you have contact information.
