If your customers are dissatisfied with your job posting response rate, we can help each other. Swap job postings with HireNet. We'll add your job postings to our database so they're searchable by our job seekers and you do the same with our customers' job postings. Yes, we're competitors. But that doesn't mean we can't collaborate to help all our customers find better candidates.
If you're interested, and can abide by the following guidelines, let's talk:
- Job seekers must be able to view the job postings and apply at no charge to the job seeker.
- You must be capable of forwarding resumes or your application form to HireNet via email.
- You may not charge HireNet employers for postings you receive as part of the job posting swap agreement.
